Tip#7 Composition (Off-Centre)

If you’re a beginner photographer, the chances are that the subject of your photo is bang in the middle of every shot. This is now banned until you’re in the habit of placing the subject at the side of the photo. When you put the performer at the side of the photo, you need to have them facing into the photo, not out of it.
Make sure you get a focus lock on the eyes by pushing the shutter half-way down when the camera is pointed straight at the eyes, then recompose the shot without taking your finger off the shutter. Then press the shutter the rest of the way. Only break this rule once you have mastered it.
